Who we are

Oldemaat-Games is a trade name of Oldemaat-IT, a one-person company in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK number 84468602). Oldemaat-IT is the controller for any personal data this policy covers.

Our games

Our games keep everything on your own device. Each game has its own privacy page with the details; for Number Puzzles, see the Number Puzzles privacy policy.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which sees your IP address; see Google's privacy policy.

The contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your name (if you fill it in), your email address and your message, only to answer you. You first get an email with a confirmation link. Until you click it, the message is stored on our own server; unconfirmed messages are deleted automatically after 48 hours. Once confirmed, the message is sent to our mailbox and deleted from the server. To prevent abuse, the server counts messages per IP address and deletes those records after 24 hours.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Send a message through the contact form. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date above.
